Dashboard and Analytics
The dashboard tells you whom to contact today. Analytics shows how your clients are doing over a period and which plans to adjust.
The Dashboard tells you whom to get in touch with today. Analytics shows how all your clients are doing over a period you choose and which plans are worth adjusting.

The dashboard
Dashboard is the first item in the menu. At the top are four numbers:
- Waiting for review: check-ins from clients that are not reviewed yet.
- Clients at risk: adherence below 50% or two missed sessions in a row.
- Missed sessions: how many sessions clients missed in the last 7 days.
- Average adherence: the average across active clients, with the change since last week.
Below them is Today's queue, a list of what is waiting for you: a new check-in, a finished workout with a note or a low rating, missed sessions, a missing check-in from last week, or a client without an active plan. The buttons All, Sessions, Check-ins, Missed and Plans narrow the list. Click a row to open the record. When you have dealt with an item, tick it off and it moves to Done today.
Client portfolio sorts clients by rules such as "Adherence below 50%" or "No active plan". Each client sits on one row only, the highest one that is true of them. Client progress lists new personal records and fully completed cycles from the last 7 days.
Analytics

- Open Analytics and in Period choose 14 days, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months. The default is 1 month.
- For your own range choose Custom, fill in From and To, and click Apply.
Each number is compared with the previous period of the same length. The top cards are Plan adherence (counted the same way as on the client page), Missed, New records and Check-ins submitted. Below them:
- Who needs attention: clients ordered by their longest run of missed sessions.
- New personal records: an estimated 1RM from the best set, measured against the client's whole history.
- How clients feel: the average rating from check-ins on a scale of 1 to 5, with the clients behind it under Lowest ratings.
- Exercises clients swap: exercises that clients often replace with an alternative you approved. Only exercises prescribed at least three times count. These are the exercises to reconsider in the plan.
- How you respond: the one card about you, with Answered (check-ins you commented on) and your Usual reply time.
Tips
- A client in a first cycle lands on the row Plan running, nothing has come due. Adherence counts only finished cycles, so this is not an error.
- Ticking an item in Today's queue does not move the client in Client portfolio.
