Billing questions
What happens if I pass the client limit?
You cannot add another client until you move up a tier. Nothing is deleted and you keep coaching everyone you already have.
Do archived clients count?
No. The limit is active clients only. When someone finishes and you archive them, the seat frees up.
Can I change or cancel my tier?
Whenever you want, from your account settings. No email to write and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. It is charged once a year instead of every month.
What if I decide to leave?
Nothing is deleted. Your clients, plans and training history stay accessible whether you pay or not.
